Who it’s for

Built for anyone whowants to breathe better

No prior experience needed. The personal programme is for individuals who want to take breathing seriously – whether the goal is stress, sleep, energy, or performance.

Professionals under pressure

High mental load, difficulty switching off, chronic stress or low energy. Breathwork directly addresses the nervous system patterns behind these symptoms.

People with sleep issues

Shallow breathing, mouth breathing at night, and poor CO₂ tolerance are among the most common – and most overlooked – contributors to poor sleep quality.

Athletes & active individuals

Looking to improve endurance, recovery, and composure under effort. Functional breathing is one of the most underleveraged performance tools available.

What’s included

Everything you needto change how you breathe

Every programme begins with a thorough intake, a BOLT assessment, and a science briefing. What follows builds progressively – in depth, in technique, and in measurable results.

01

Intake Form & Health History

Completed before your first session. Covers health history, symptom checklist, lifestyle, and goals – so Session 1 is focused from minute one.

02

BOLT Assessment – Every Session

Measured at the start and end of every session. The BOLT (Body Oxygen Level Test) is a validated marker of breathing efficiency and CO₂ tolerance – your objective progress indicator.

03

Science Briefing

Mandatory in Session 1, optional in later sessions. You’ll understand exactly why breathing affects stress, sleep, energy, and performance – grounded in physiology, explained simply.

04

Personalised Technique Training

Exercises chosen for your patterns and goals. Techniques progress from Functional Breathing through Breath Holds to Events-based exercises depending on your programme.

05

Sleep Breathing Protocol

Ranges from a basic overview (Intro Session) through sleep preparation exercises and hygiene (Foundation) to a fully personalised dedicated protocol (Performance).

Measurable from day one

BOLT
Objective progressMeasured every session. A BOLT score above 25 seconds correlates with significantly better sleep, lower stress, and improved endurance.
HRV
Heart Rate VariabilityTracked in the Foundation and Performance programmes. HRV reflects nervous system regulation – a key marker of recovery and resilience.
VO₂
VO2 Max (Performance)Tracked across the 12-week programme alongside BOLT and HRV. The gold standard metric for cardiovascular efficiency and aerobic capacity.
1-2w
To first resultsMost clients notice improved sleep, calmer breathing, and more energy within the first 1-2 weeks of starting any programme.
How it works

From first contactto lasting change

A simple process – no complexity, no overwhelm. Just a clear path from where you are to where you want to be.

01

Initial conversation

A short call or message to understand your goals, current situation, and which programme is the right fit.

02

Intake form & Session 1

You complete the intake form before Session 1. We begin with a BOLT assessment, a science briefing, and your first personalised exercises.

03

Progressive sessions

Each session builds on the last. Techniques deepen, patterns shift, and your BOLT score improves – tracked objectively throughout.

04

Tools to continue

Session notes, homework, and a home practice plan so the work continues between sessions – and beyond the programme.

Questions

Frequently asked

Anything not covered? Get in touch – happy to answer directly.

Which programme is right for me?

If you’re new to breathwork or want to try before committing, start with the Intro Session – it’s fully deductible from any programme if booked within 14 days. The 3-Week Foundation is ideal for a structured, measurable start with a clear goal. The 12-Week Performance is for those ready to make lasting changes across sleep, stress, and physical performance.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

No experience needed. The programme starts from where you are, and techniques are explained clearly from the ground up. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Can sessions be held online?

Yes. All sessions are available online via Zoom or Teams. In-person sessions are available in the Zurich and Greifensee area. Both formats work equally well.

How much time do I need between sessions?

Sessions are typically spaced one week apart to allow time for practice. Daily practice takes 10-20 minutes. Consistency between sessions is what drives results.

Is this suitable for people with health conditions?

The Oxygen Advantage method is generally safe and accessible. Please mention any relevant health conditions in the intake form before we begin so exercises can be adapted appropriately. This is not a medical treatment.

What happens after the programme?

You’ll have session notes, a practice guide, and all the tools to continue independently. Follow-up sessions are available if you want to build on what you’ve learned or address new goals.
