The programme

Four weeks, four building blocks

Each week builds on the last. What you end with is not a pile of exercises but a routine you keep.

Week 1

Awareness and mechanics

You learn how you actually breathe: nose or mouth, chest or diaphragm, rate and calm. Without that base you are training in the dark.

Week 2

Calm the system

Slow, reduced breathing lowers baseline tension. This is where the effects on sleep and stress response appear, and they are usually noticed first.

Week 3

Build CO₂ tolerance

The part that moves your BOLT score. Light air hunger in a controlled dose, so your breathing centre raises the alarm later.

Week 4

Integration and application

Breathing in daily life, in sport and under pressure. You finish with a routine rather than a collection of exercises.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need prior experience?

No. Week 1 starts with awareness, not advanced techniques.

How much time per day?

Ten to fifteen minutes. Consistency matters more than duration.

Just an app, or guided?

The programme runs in the app and feedback is based on your measured scores. For personal guidance there is the personal breathing programme.

What happens after twelve months?

Access ends. Nothing renews automatically.

Where is your breathing right now?

The BOLT test takes less than a minute, and it is the number you track inside the app.
