My Journey

How I discovered
functional breathing

For many years I worked in high-performance corporate environments – fast-paced, demanding, and driven by constant output. I believed success meant pushing harder, doing more, and resting less.

Over time, I noticed how this mindset drained my focus, energy, and joy. I realised: health and performance aren’t opposites – they depend on each other.

That insight led me to discover the power of functional breathing, the Oxygen Advantage® method, and listening to my body. What started as a personal exploration soon became a passion and a mission.

I founded Atemstark to share this knowledge with others – helping people experience the sustained health and inner strength I found through conscious breathing and movement.
