What is the minimum group size?
In-person sessions work best with 5–20 participants. Online sessions can accommodate larger groups — contact me to discuss what works for your setup.
Can sessions be held remotely?
Yes. All formats are available online via Zoom or Teams. In-person is generally recommended for full-day sessions, but remote works well for intro workshops and ongoing coaching.
Do participants need prior experience?
No experience is required at all. The techniques are safe, accessible, and immediately applicable for anyone — regardless of fitness level or background.
How quickly can a programme be organised?
With clear availability, a half-day workshop can typically be scheduled within 2–3 weeks. For longer programmes we recommend planning 4–6 weeks in advance.
Is the Oxygen Advantage® method scientific?
Yes. The method is based on established respiratory physiology and developed by Patrick McKeown. It is used by athletes, healthcare professionals, and performance coaches worldwide.
What languages are sessions available in?
Sessions for organisations and schools are available in English, Swiss German, and German. For individual programmes, I can additionally work in Spanish and Portuguese.
