Built for anyone who
wants to breathe better
No prior experience needed. The personal programme is for individuals who want to take breathing seriously – whether the goal is stress, sleep, energy, or performance.
Professionals under pressure
High mental load, difficulty switching off, chronic stress or low energy. Breathwork directly addresses the nervous system patterns behind these symptoms.
People with sleep issues
Shallow breathing, mouth breathing at night, and poor CO2 tolerance are among the most common – and most overlooked – contributors to poor sleep quality.
Athletes & active individuals
Looking to improve endurance, recovery, and composure under effort. Functional breathing is one of the most underleveraged performance tools available.
Everything you need
to change how you breathe
Three focused sessions over three weeks, built around your baseline and your goals. Plus homework, a guide, and support in between.
BOLT Test & Breathing Analysis
We start by measuring your current breathing efficiency with the BOLT Test, and identifying the specific patterns that are limiting you most.
Theory: Human Physiology & Breathing
You’ll understand exactly why breathing affects everything from stress to sleep to energy – grounded in science, explained simply.
Personalised Breathing Training
Exercises chosen specifically for your patterns and goals. Each session builds on the last, with homework to practice between meetings.
Sleep & Nasal Breathing Reset
Specific protocols to improve nasal breathing during the day and night – one of the most impactful changes most people can make.
Programme Guide & Ongoing Support
A written guide to take away, plus support via email or message between sessions so you’re never stuck on your own.
Why it works

Frequently asked
Anything not covered? Get in touch – happy to answer directly.
Do I need prior experience with breathwork?
No experience is needed at all. The programme starts from where you are, and the techniques are explained clearly from the ground up. It’s suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Can sessions be held online?
Yes. All sessions are available online via Zoom or Teams. In-person sessions are available in the Zurich and Greifensee area. Both formats work equally well for this programme.
How much time do I need between sessions?
Sessions are typically spaced 1 week apart to allow time for practice. Daily practice takes 10-20 minutes. Consistency between sessions is what drives the results.
Is this suitable for people with health conditions?
The Oxygen Advantage method is generally safe and accessible. Please mention any relevant health conditions before we begin so exercises can be adapted appropriately. It is not a medical treatment.
What happens after the 3-week programme?
You’ll have a written guide and all the tools to continue independently. Optional follow-up sessions are available if you want to build on what you’ve learned or address new goals.
Can I also book a single session first?
Yes. If you’d like to try before committing to the full programme, a single introductory session can be arranged. Just get in touch and we’ll find a format that suits you.
Your breath is always there.
Let’s train it – together.
Tell me about your goals and we’ll find the right starting point – no commitment required.
